Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Rioux. If you're not entirely satisfied, we're here to help. Here are the guidelines for returns:
- You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider's policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Allow 1-2 weeks to ship.
